Service Description
Unleash your full potential with our 2025 Breakfast club program. Our elite strength conditioning program consists of ladders and core strength focus will help you become quicker, faster, and jump higher, perfect for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Our program also includes basketball skill training and development, ensuring that you excel on the court in all aspects. Workouts are for high level youth and high school athletes wanting to make a huge stride this Summer! 5 weeks of 3x per week training 2 a days! See weeks below. No training Weeks of :June 30-July 4th and July 21-25th. Grades 7th and UP. June: 17-19th June: 24-26th July: 8-10th July: 15-17th July: 29-21st There will be some addiotnal monday 11:30-12:30pm workouts/open gyms
